Advertising or public relations? You pay for advertising. Therefore, you can say anything within reason? (That's what is legal vs. what is tasteful. To date, there are no "taste police" overseeing what is advertised in the media!) Public Relations is earned. A good story, a nice community beneficial deed gets in the press quicker, if properly outlined and promoted.

Jim Smith dispenses expert car buying advice. The site currently undergoing a redesign.
