"We Can Right It For You"

Heritage Palms, located in Indio, California was designed with everyone in mind. Homes range from the intimate Hawthorne plan (1,377 square feet) to the more expansive Southport (2,461 square feet). The prices are as flexible as the floor plans, ranging from the mid $100,000s to the mid $300,000s.

In all, there are fifteen plans to choose from. But your options don’t end there. With the availability of "Flex-Choice," homebuyers have the luxury of personalizing their new home.

Recently, Golf Digest rated Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club as a "4 Star" club. Noted golf course designer Arthur Hills describes his creation as, "eminently playable, yet consistently challenging." The front tees measure 4,871 yards, while those who feel strong can play from the gold tees at 6,722 yards.

While amenities abound at Heritage Palms, the green fees and carts are additional and can be arranged for on either a per diem basis or through special annual golf memberships. With over 100 golf courses in the Coachella Valley and more being built, there is an advantage to having your own ‘home course.’

There are many opportunities to fine tune your golf game at the expansive practice range where you can work on your short game and improve bunker play. There is a large putting green to hone the skills that make the difference in a good score, or one you would rather forget.

Heritage Palms features a fully staffed and stocked pro shop. Instruction is available in groups or privately. Playing lessons can be arranged for so you can put your instruction to use on the course. During "the season" Heritage Palms features an on-site golf school. You may choose from a one-day or three-day session.

At completion, the Heritage Palms community will consist of 1,000 residences. To date, there are 500 houses in various stages of development. Depending upon today’s hot real estate market, build out might just come sooner, rather than later.

Heritage Palms is designed with the active adult in mind. Now "active" might just depend upon the state of one’s mind and one’s body. Club Heritage is 31,000 square feet of recreational facilities strategically located on a 12-acrea parcel.

Heritage Palms is located in the city of Indio. While steeped in tradition, Indio is growing and working hard to accommodate the needs of its residents. Culturally, two of Indio’s festivals are world renowned. The Date Festival, held each February was started in the 1920’s and draws upwards of a quarter of a million visitors during the 10-day run at the Riverside County Fairgrounds.

Christmas time means "Tamale Time" in Indio. In December, a 2-day festival is presented by the city. Residents and visitors are invited to enjoy music, fun parades and an immeasurable variety of --- tamales. Last year, hungry visitors ate over 85,000 tamales!

Traveling west from Indio, you will come to La Quinta, Indian Wells, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City and Palm Springs. Each stop along the way presents you cultural, culinary and recreational, shopping opportunities.

For the sports spectator, Indio provides the venue for the largest equestrian show in North America- the six week long Indio Desert Circuit. For those who love to follow golfers, there’s the Skins Game in November, the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic in February and the Nabisco LPGA stop at Mission Hills Country Club in March.
